LED Tape Power and Control Box
Design and implementation of a reusable all in one LED power and control box. This set-up can be used not only with the LED tape footlights built for Fall Dance 2019, but with a variety of LED Tape set-ups. With two DMX decoders this set-up provides the user with two DMX controllable 4ch, 5v outputs for LED tape.
After the show concluded I looked to further improve this product with a new design that substituted the enclosure for a smaller and more low profile one with a quieter fan, flush mount connectors, and easy access cutout to the decoder's displays and buttons without having to open up the enclosure
Led fOOTLIGHT
Built a 8' low profile LED footlight. On the production of Fall Dance we used 4 of these together to create 32' of LED Footlights along the front edge of the stage. With the footlight's total height being only 1.5 inches off the ground, it allows no visual obstruction of the stage. These 8' Sections do not rely on one another which give the user the flexibility to create the set-up they desire. Each 8' Footlight has two rows of LED tape to provide the designer with more output.
