Communicated with vendors, shops, students, faculty, administration, facilities, and catering to ensure a successful event. Organized, planned, and oversaw work calls of a 45-person load-in and load-out. Kept the production’s overall progress moving forward and on schedule.

INTENSIVE ARTS COORDINATOR
Organized and coordinated the visit of guest speakers, including guest’s travel, lodging, and compensation as needed. Lead the curation of a schedule that included over 100hrs of classes, seminars, and workshops. Found and booked spaces for each of these events.
